We accept returns for all items, except custom-ordered products, within 30 days of the USPS confirmed delivery date.
- Returnable Items: Items must be returned in resellable condition at the buyer’s expense. Once we receive and validate the item's condition, a refund will be issued.
- Non-Returnable Items (Custom Orders): Custom-ordered items are not eligible for returns. All sales are final once the creation process has begun. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your custom order. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped as is.

Thank you for choosing our birthday number candles to brighten your celebration! Please note that these candles are designed solely for the traditional purpose of singing and making a wish. They are not intended to burn all the way through.

For optimal use, we recommend extinguishing the candle once your wish has been made and singing is complete. Enjoy your celebration safely!
